Longtime readers or friends know that audio is only one part of what I do, and recently I&#8217;ve been working on some video projects, including my first HD video shoot (tomorrow!) with the <a title=\"Check out the 5D Mk II at B&amp;H\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/583953-REG\/Canon_2764B003_EOS_5D_Mark_II.html\/BI\/5129\/KBID\/5631\" target=\"_blank\">Canon 5D Mk II<\/a>. Ironically, we&#8217;re shooting <a title=\"MOS defined on Wikipedia\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/MOS_(filmmaking)\" target=\"_blank\">MOS<\/a> &#8211; no production sound. Now, if only my damn <a title=\"Check out the 7D at B&amp;H\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/646908-REG\/Canon_3814B004_EOS_7D_SLR_Digital.html\/BI\/5129\/KBID\/5631\" target=\"_blank\">Canon 7D<\/a> would actually show up&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>This topic actually a slight teaser as to what may be coming to Noise Jockey in the next few weeks. I shall say no more for the time being, other than &#8220;Stay tuned.&#8221; :-)<\/p>\n<p>Also in the works are more Thrift Store Sounds installments, a series I&#8217;ve tentatively called &#8220;Stupid Lav Tricks,&#8221; some sound synthesis and processing fun, and much more.
